Saturday, January 28, 2012 Units were dispatched Saturday evening with M-142, M-141 and Rescue 47 to an Auto Extrication with Fire in Nockamixon Twp.  C-142 went onscene with a 2 vehicle MVA, 2 heavily entrapped in a Dodge Viper and 2 other pt's in the 2nd car with minor injuries.  At this time 2 helocopters were requested which brought in E-42 for the LZ.  Rescue 49 arrived and went to work with the extrication on the Dodge Viper, by taking the roof and both doors. Rescue 47 arrived and assisted with the rescue.  Both Pt's were extricated within 40 minutes and transported to the LZ in critical condition. Engine 94, Ladder 49, Field 49 and Engine 47 assisted in the extrication.  Crews were available in 2.5 hours after the police investigated the accident.
