 <![CDATA[Ottsville crews were dispatched just after 0930 for an alarm system at the Nockamixon Gym.&nbsp; D-49 and Ladder 49 arrived and found a faulty alarm and recalled the assignment.
While crews were at the firehouse, Field 49 took in a QRS run at a residence in Tinicum Twp, crews found an elderly man with severe dehydration and assisted M-142 with loading the pt.&nbsp;
Just before 2pm, Engine 94 was dispatched with Springtown FD for a brush fire in the woods,&nbsp; Batallion 49 arrived to find 2 large wood piles on fire with extension into the woods.&nbsp; Engine 40 and Field 49 arrived and went into service extinguishing the piles and the brush fire in the woods.&nbsp; Engine 94 and Tanker 49 also assisted on the call, and crews were available withing 1.5 hours.
At 17:40, Station 49 was dispatched for a reported brush fire in Haycock Twp, which turned out to be near the waterfall on Ridge Rd in Nockamixon Twp.&nbsp; Chief 49 arrived to find a large column of smoke coming off the side of the hill. Once crews hiked into the woods, the found about 1-2 acres on fire on the side of a very steep hill.&nbsp;&nbsp; Crews had the fire under control within 1 hour.&nbsp; Station 63, 23, and Field 42 also assisted, and were available in 3 hours.
As crews were wrapping up from the brush fire, M-142 was dispatched for a BLS Transport.&nbsp; With 142's being at the scene a secondary truck was dispatched, while Field 49 also responded.&nbsp; Crews arrived to find a child with super glue in her eye.&nbsp; Field 49 went available within 20 minutes....]]>

 <![CDATA[On Saturday afternoon, Engine 94, Ladder 49, Rescue and Tanker 49 were dispatched along with other surrounding mutual aid companies for a working barn fire in Tinicum Twp. B-96 arrived to find a 75x75' 2 story barn well involved.&nbsp; Engine 94 arrived first and went in service with&nbsp;master streams and to extinguish a large brush fire and car fire surrounding the barn.&nbsp; Ladder 49 arrived and put the main in service and assisted with overhaul.&nbsp; Tanker 49 supplied and Rescue 49 was the supply engine at the west end of the scene.&nbsp; Crews were onscene for about 3 hours before returning to service....]]>

 	<title>First Due Arson Fire</title>

 <![CDATA[Crews were alerted early Wednesday morning for an outbuilding fire&nbsp;on&nbsp;Easton road in Nockamixon Twp.&nbsp; Numerous calls were pouring in reporting a large greenhouse type building on fire directly against another 3 story, 100x200 heavy timber building. Chief 49 arrived and confirmed the report with extension into the main building and upgraded the assignment.&nbsp; Engine 94 arrived, dropped a 5&amp;quot; supply line and went into service with CAFS to extinguish the fire.&nbsp; Ladder 49 and Rescue 49 arrived and forced into the large building to&nbsp;, and found very minimal extension.&nbsp; A very strong odor of gasoline was noticed, and was determined to be intentionally set.&nbsp; Crews remained on scene while the State Police Fire Marshall and Bucks County Fire Marshall investigated the scene....]]>

 	<title>Easter Sunday Brush Fire</title>

 <![CDATA[Ottsville crews were alerted Sunday afternoon for a brush fire on the top of Haycock Mountain on route 563.&nbsp; Chief 49 arrived to find a heavy smoke condition coming from the top of the mountain, which would require a far hike into the woods and manpower. Engine 94's crew located the fire which was approx. 3-5 acres in the middle of a very large boulder field, with boulders as large as 30' off of the ground.&nbsp; Numerous personnel made the trek up the mountain to assist in extinguishment of the fire, along with a helicopter which dropped 14 loads&nbsp;of&nbsp;water from the air due to the distance up the mountain.&nbsp; Haycock, Springtown, Riegelsville, Dublin, Upper Black Eddy, Erwinna, Milford NJ, and Richlandtown Fire Companies assisted with manpower along with the Northern Bucks Wildland Crew, and DCNR. Upper Bucks Regional EMS and North Penn Goodwill assisted with rehab at the staging area.&nbsp;Thank you to Engine 24 and Tanker 48 for covering our fire district while we operated on this fire. Units were available by 22:00
As crews were wrapping up, a second call was dispatched for a brush fire on Marienstein Rd in Nockamixon Twp.&nbsp; Field 47, along with Engine 24, Tanker 24 and 48 were dispatched.&nbsp;&nbsp;Chief 47 arrived to find a tree on fire against the house with possible extension and upgraded the&nbsp;assignment to a dwelling fire.&nbsp; Engine 94 and Ladder 49&nbsp;arrived and assisted in checking for overhaul which proved negative.&nbsp; Crews were on scene for about 1 hour&nbsp;before returning to service....]]>

 <![CDATA[At 15:10 Engine 94 and Tanker 49 were dispatched to assist Upper Black Eddy with an outbuilding fire.&nbsp; Chief 47 arrived to find a 15x60 outbuilding with fire in the ceiling.&nbsp; Engine 94 and Engine 47 pulled ceilings and extinguished the fire which extended from the wood stove.&nbsp; Crews remained on scene for 2 hours before returning to service.

Just shy of 0100 the next morning, Engine 94 was diapatched with Haycock FD for a brush fire in the woods. Chief 63 arrived with 2 shed type structures well involved andupgraded the assignment which then brought in other surrounding companies and ladder 49. Engine 94 arrived and pulled 2 lines to extinguish the fire which statred a brush fire in the woods.  <![CDATA[Wednesday afternoon crews were dispatched to Ralph Stover State Park for a cliff rescue.&nbsp; Reports were that a climber had fell approx 75ft and couldn't make it back to the top due to injuries.&nbsp; Members from Point Plesant, Delaware Valley, and Plumsteadville fire companies worked together to safely bring the pt. to the top of the cliff.&nbsp; Ropes and Riggings were used to ease the hike up which was completed in under 1 hour.&nbsp; Crews made themselves available within 1.5 hours....]]>

 <![CDATA[On saturday morning, just hours before our annual banquet,&nbsp; Tactical box 96-2 was dispatched bringing in Ladder 49 in addition to other mutual aid companies.&nbsp; Crews were advised of the homeowner calling from the neighbors house stating his house was on fire.&nbsp; B-48 arrived to find a split level rancher with heavy fire from side C.&nbsp; Ladder 49 arrived 1st and entered the basement on side B and encountered heavy fire conditions extending to the 1st floor.&nbsp; Engine 94 arrived right behind Ladder 49 and went in service with 2 handlines to the basement and 1st floor.&nbsp; Crews knocked down the fire in the basement and 1st floor, and attic areas.&nbsp; Fire crews had extensive overhaul to perform to check for hotspots and hidden pockets of fire.&nbsp; The fire was placed under control within 1 hour and crews were available to enjoy the annual&nbsp;banquet within 3 hours.
Sunday afternoon crews from Plumsteadville were called to a building fire on 611.&nbsp; Chief 41 arrived to find a single story building with heavy smoke showing. At this time Tanker 49 was called for water supply, and shortly after Rescue 49 was dispatched to assist with manpower.&nbsp; Ladder 49 was called also for RIT.&nbsp; Rescue 49 assisted with overhaul and checking for extension, Ladder 49 set up RIT on side A.&nbsp; Crews were realeased within an hour of being called....]]>
